Just wanted to alert fellow posters to a deal I found recently. Here in Virginia, there is a dollar store called Dollar Tree. Recently I found they had a series of $1 DVDs out for Halloween. Much to my surprise, there were several Euro titles in there. I picked up:

CIRCUS OF TERROR
HORROR HOTEL
WEB OF THE SPIDER
WEREWOLF VS. THE VAMPIRE WOMEN

So far I have only watched WEB. As you can imagine, it is full screen but I still really enjoyed it on a dark and stormy night. I figure the rest will be the same quality wise, but for only $1, I can't be disappointed.

Last Friday I had a tooth pulled, and while at the local pharmacy getting my prescriptions filled I rummaged through their budget bin and turned up cheapo DVDs of DEADLY IMPACT and THE BRONX EXECUTIONER on the Front Row label. Unfortunately, both are fullframe presentations sourced from VHS, but the movies themselves are goofy enough fun (though I’ll stick with my ltbx tapes if I decide to watch ‘em again).
