Here can new members introduce themself. So tell us who you are, where you come from, what you're intrests are, etc.

I'll introduce myself: I'm a Belgian kid from Flanders, I love Rome: Total War - Barbarian Invasion and mods like The Fourth Age: Total War, Lord of the Rings: Total War, .... I also like Medieval II: Total War and TES IV: Oblivion offcourse. I'm a huge LotR and anything else related to Middle-earth fan and I'm involved in some mods.

Oh and since I'm a global moderator here you should know this too: I also like to ban people...

Hello everyone!

My name is Joachim Lindquist (eek! Its even an unusuall spelling for some swedes too ) An more ordinary spelling for my name would be Joakim Lindkvist. And any swede would call me Jocke.

I just love to create stuff, thats one reason couse Im in the Merp team. I love Tolkien's work too, my second reason. The only downside with working with Tolkien's work is that I cant create my own charachters, story and world as much, but im planning on making my stories for freelancing quests.
I am aswell what some call a gamer, though I dont want to admit it to some people, Morrowind, Oblivion are good examples of games I like aswell as Titan Quest and Diablo II (ol' classic haven't played it for ages though).

Something that might be suprising is that I "skate"/ride skateboard, I haven't skated that long yet but me and an friend are struggling to learn more. Oh and Im from Sweden too, I didin't really mention that. Makes it that much harder to skate too (hint, snow).

I'm the Grey Wizard, my true identity is concealed in the endless void. Some call me Olorin, Grayheme, Stormcrow, Gandalf, and Mithrandir, but I prefer The Grey Wizard above all. I come from Valinor across the sea, and I don't have a permanent resident. I reside in Hobbition for short durations of time, but I am mainly a wanderer. I enjoy pipe weed, magic, hobbit company, staffs, elven ladies (with the red hair ) and dwarven palaces. On a more serious note I am the creator of MERP and my goal is quite simple; Make all of Middle-earth in a fully adventurable 3d environment. I 3d model, texture, uv-wrap and unwrap (Though Jocke is much better at it then I), mod via CS, write literature for the mod, and whatever else needs doing that nobody else can or will do. I work very hard to realize my dream, and I hope that the day will come that everybody has the opportunity to taste the fruits of my/our labors. The team works very hard in the privacy of development.

I love the works of Tolkien of course. I wish I could have discovered the books long before the Films appeared so that I could have developed my own vision of Middle-earth. I loved the visual appearance of the films, and even the films themselves until I read the books and found all the inconstancies that exist. The Fellowship is both my favorite book and movie of the trilogy, though The Silmarillion is my favorite book of all. To conclude, The Lord of the Rings is a passion of mine, as well is Roleplaying and read heads, and thus the three merged creates a Roleplaying game set in Middle-earth with red haired elves

Hey, I'm Vality, a good friend of The Grey Wizard's.

I'm from New Zealand, home of the modern day Middle Earth. I was born and live in the Hutt Valley, where several scenes of LOTR were filmed, such as Helms Deep, Minas Tirith and Rivendell. King Kong was also filmed here too.

I'll be around to help out in several ways, mainly admin stuff but i'm also a modder.

Vality will help manage the forums, he has experience with the Invision engine (forums template) and has made many forums with it. He will help us with coding that I don't know how to do, like multi-skins, usablity, etc... Thanks Vality.

NP. I'm also good with maps, and 3d maps.

Hey, I'm Apoc (or -apocalypsis-, Dúnadan at different other forums).

I'm one of the managers of The Fourth Age: Total War where I do a lot of different stuff, mainly related to research, design, and coding. I'm also the owner of The Chamber of Records, which some of you may know of (I hope). I study history at uni., and live in Oslo, Norway.

I'm a huge fan of Lord of the rings and all of Tolkiens work in general, I'm 21 and currently live in Ukraine and studying for second degree as a graphical desginer. I also play on a bass for 5 years now and have a band of "my own".
