Arnold's Many Crushes, And how do you feel about that? XD

Geez, that boy crushes a lot! That substitute teacher (she was a sub, right?), Ruth, Lila, Summer....

...And then there's Helga, always hoping she'll be the object of his affections..but nope, Arnold just finds another girl to like. And Helga puts it on herself to wreck it.

The biggest and longest one of those crushes is Lila. Lila, the girl Arnold compliments and hangs around. Lila, the girl Helga speaks so bitterly about. Really, that whole triangle is really...I dunno. But if you're a Helga fan, you most likely aren't too fond of Lila.

Well, anyways, I'm going to stop here for now..

argh! so many interesting times, so much to do and so little time

I'd just like to say that I hate any girl that receives Arnold's affections or awakes his interest. For two reasons:
1) He's Helga's.
2) In the unlikely event that Helga gets over him and rejects him, HE'S MINE!
Yeah, I'm crazy for being in love with a cartoon but I've been crushing on that cute little Football Head for a looong time. Ever since I first saw that show. Isn't he adorable? *sigh* Anyway, that's off topic (I should go and start an Arnold-adoring thread...).

So my passionate side hates those girls, but to be perfectly honest, Lila is pretty ok. I mean, sure she's annoying because she's so perfect, but I am sure there's a lot more to her than meets the eye. (We should also have a Lila discussion thread...)

I find the fact that Arnold crushes a lot both cute and annoying. However, I'm truly convinced that his heart belongs to Helga... he just needs time to realize it...

Well, yeah, I agree, Lila's okay. But whenever Arnold pays attention to her (and that's usually shown from Helga's perspective), it can get kind of annoying. Because, of course, it's Helga that Arnold is supposed to be with.

Well the truth is I've been crushing on Arnold when I first start watching the show as well. He just so sweet and innocent.
But since I can never be with him I want Helga to be with him. They are soooo cute together.
Although recently I feel annoyED OF Arnold because he kept on crushing on so many different girl and most of them are older women who are not interested in a relationship with a nine years old All except for Lila of course.
I know Lila isnt a bad person but she is still annoying to me with that " ever so much" thing.

But seriously. I adore that boy! I've had a crush on him too since I started watching the show. He's just so... so, PERFECT, yeah, that's it! And when I started watching, I was 11, back in 1997. When HA came out, I was 9, getting ready to turn 10. So Arnold was the same age as me at one point. And now I'm 20, and he's still 9. <-[That concept is soo wrong] Arnold, baby, we're supposed to grow old together!!

Wow look like you knew Arnold for a long time. I began watching Hey Arnold around 2001 when i was 11 yrs. My first episode was Helga Blabs it All. Before that I remember watching PART of Helga Parrot and saw Helga sleepin in Arnold closet and this is my expression . I dont understand why a girl gotta do that at first but later I understand why. If I was in Arnold world around the time it came out I'll be as old as Timberlin.

When Arnold arrived to Mexico (which I believe it was in 1997 and not 1996...), I had just turned 9 and I do know the feeling of growing up and not having that lovely oblong faced angel growing up with you....
It's when you think: they should've made the Patakis spinoff... maybe we'd still get the chance to see him every once in a while...

You know what? I think the one that I hate the most is that Summer girl... she was such a [insert bad word here] and also, a [insert another bad word here]...
