Shopping in style, open

Maddie made her way down Oxford Street quietly, not too sure where she was heading, but she needed to get some new clothes. She had joined Oxford Street from Rathbone Place and decided to go towards the larger deparment stores, meaning she had to go past Pret a Manger.

Following the road she glanced up at each shop she passed, waiting for one that would catch her eye.

Pret a Manger- Nuh uh, I'm looking for clothes today.

Wasabi- I'm not a sushi fan.

Halifax- Not now, I have plenty of money on me for the minute.

The Body Shop- Once again, not now, I need a clothes shop.

EAT- Still not hungry.

Mcdonald Electrics- Why aren't there any clothes shops?

Shoe Express- One step closer to what I need, but not quite there.

Oxford News- I really don't need any stationary.

Aquarius- I must be imagining things... It's a clothes shop!

Maddie smiled happily, maybe she would find some new clothes today after all, she had been doubting whether she would or not. Entering the shop she instantly began browsing through the racks, searching for something decent.

Aria was shopping for three things today: a Cocktail dress, some casual earrings shaped like cherries, and a new pair of skinny jeans. She got onto Oxford Street from Berners Street, knowing that Claires was nearby. She ducked into Claires and searched the earrings racks, finding the perfect cherry earrings that were inexpensive, making them even more perfect. One thing off the list, two more to go.

Her mobile rang, and she fished it out of her shoulder bag, reading the caller ID to see that it was her mother.

"H'llo Mum. ..Just shopping. ..I'm on Oxford Street. Well, now I'm in front of 100 Club," she said as she walked down the street, keeping an eye open for pickpockets and people that she knew. But all she saw were a bunch of strangers. She was headed to somewhere that sold clothes, but she passed the Outlet for right now, she would only come back if she needed to. She crossed Newman Street and Currys Digital, making her way into Aquarius to see if they had skinny jeans.

Maddie glanced through rack after rack of clothes, before making her way towards the denim section of the shop, where she could see some skinny jeans and miniskirts calling to her.

Having already chosen a selection of items she just briefly glanced at the rack, only going to pick something up if she really needed it.

Aria browsed quickly, immediately finding the skinny jeans in the back of the store. She was reaching out to get a size six and a size eight (she liked to have a selection), but then noticed a blonde standing near her.

"Hey Maddie," she said casually. She smiled at the little blonde beauty, suddenly feeling tall and enormous. She tried to figure out which style of jeans she wanted: dark or faded, then decided on taking both. Whichever made her butt look bigger was out.

On a whim Aria decided to try on a miniskirt, too, even though she didn't need it. She never could tell when she would need to impress a guy.
