It's looking like we'll get a new Tron movie before the LR Remake - and TR2N looks as though it'll be released in 3D!
Joseph Kosinski is directing TR2N, but is also slated to direct the Logan remake as well. Seems like we'll be getting the sequel to Tron first. The original Tron was on the G4 TV Network this past weekend.
I think they are trying to build up interest in this cult classic and preparing the masses for the new Tron movie. I wish some of the HD channels would show the original in HD format. That would be a site to see! -------------------- The World of Logan's Run

Well, I'm stoked for TR2N. Trailer looked great! I'm glad Joe Kosinski is doing TR2N instead of Logan's Run.

TR2N ... It does look pretty cool, however I hope that I live long enough to see a remake of Logan's Run  I was wondering if anyone has the latest of what director is possibly going to move forward with LR remake? thanks Crighton |

Seems like Kosinski is still the director tied to "Logan's Run" at the moment; however check out this recent 'Independent' article that appeared last week with Bryan Singer.....

Tron 2 is now called TRON LEGACY and will be out December 17th 2010, and looks great! I cannot wait !!!
