Once again its for infringing upon "technologies for sharing data among many connected computers so that all users see the same digital environment".
The issue with this, is that pretty much defines an MMORPG or even a Multiplayer game. The reason this suit will likely fall through is MMO's were being created before this patent was filed. Some examples:
EverQuest (1996 was its original creation)
Ultima Online (1997)
Meridian 59 (1996, 2002)
DAOC (2001) (Dark Age of Camelot)
WoW (2002 was the original alpha period)
