Alrighty, So I decided since we've got a few WoW fans runnin around on the forums I'd post the poem I wrote about my character(kinda).
Btw I'm too lazy to figure out how to format it so w/e. Deal.

First Meetings
Tauren Meets Undead

The full moon has risen
The night has been christened
I see you from a far
I wonder who you are
You see me on the peak
You wonder if I can even speak
I'm dead to you but curiosity stirs
You urge your Kodo forward with a jingling of spurs
I watch you approach and steady my Skeletal Horse
Horns, hooves, and fur you're a mystery to me
A cow on a Kodo, what else could you be?
As you approach I hear you gasp
I see your eyes widen as you smell my rotting flesh
But you don't look away, you remain transfixed
Why would you possibly be staring at me like this?
You dismount slowly, I do the same
You hold out your hand and ask me my name
"Luna" I reply and hesitantly shake your hand
You stare at my bony fingers, do you finally understand?
My voice is soft as I pull my hand away
"I'm a Priest and an Undead, what do you want me to say?"
"I'm a Tauren Warrior." you say with a smile
"I've been looking for a friend like you for quite a while."
"Will you join me?" you ask your face hopeful
I look into your eyes as I reply
"As long as the moon and stars are bright."
You smile and we ride off into the night

Vamipiric Embrace

You emerge from the shadows
And take me by suprise
You lure me into your lair,
Ensnaring me with your eyes
I trust you though I don't know why
I follow you into the dark, I can't seem to think
You take me deep underground far from the sky
I've lost sight of the moon and I can't help but cry
There is a circle of candles in this dark cave
You push me into the circle "Stay here, my dear."
I hear soft breathing but I know it isn't you
I see the winged demon, what am I to do?
I'm paralyzed with fear as the demon looks me over
"I don't want this one, you may keep her for yourself."
You nod as the demon leaves, I sink to the floor
You wrap your arms around me and lead me through a door
"My dear I have a question for you."
"Would you die for me?"
My eyes widen as you pull me close
A sharp stab of pain as you drink my blood
You pull away and slit your wrist pressing it to my lips
Your blood slides down my throat changing me forever
I look into your eyes "What have you done to me?"
"Never fear, my dear I've given you eternal life."
"I wish to propose to you and make you my wife."
A shy smile spreads across my face
"Forever together in your vampiric embrace."

Well, since your B-day was a few days ago and I didn't persay get you anything I'll call it a B-day present then. Though seriously I was actually considering posting another poem for ya as a B-day present before you asked cuz I do know you like them, So there! hehe As for once a week.. I'll consider Dula, we'll see.

Ok, So this one first of all is written from a guys perspective k? No, I'm not interested in chicks like that... (Sorry Indy I still luv u anyways)
This poem is pretty interesting I suppose in that 1/3 of the poem is composed of quotes from the guy its written about(so to speak, since technically its written from his POV). As well as the fact that half of the poem is the quotes plus lines I wrote based on something he said, so not quite a quote but pretty close.

Dream Girl

The sun is rising, the new day dawns
I start my day humming your favorite song
The first time we met, a day I'll never forget
But I'll always sigh and sometimes even cry
Because I've never seen your face
Why must you be so sweet yet so far away?
You're always on my mind all through my day
How can I communicate to you?
This unforgiving screen can never show the truth
Cuz all the words you and I can share here
Can't describe what it would feel like
To look into your eyes
My head is spinning, my heart is pounding
I long for you with all my soul
My tears are flowing, I can hardly breathe
I wish I could ask you if you feel the same as me
But above all to hold you in my arms...
Just in case you could possibly be...
My dream girl, the one meant for me

Ok, So this is one I wrote yesterday(omg something recent!) for Valentine's Day. As will become blatently obvious I dislike that holiday, as a result this is a pretty depressing poem(which is funny since most of what I've written is pretty depressing, you guys just havn't seen most of it =P).
Maybe maybe I'll consider posting my on-going series that I also added to yesterday. Currently it has 4 parts and will have as many as I have the inspiration to write, but I only write them when I get the inspiration to write them. The only downside to a current series right? hahaha
But if you guys want and enough people ask I'll post the series.

Anyways, back to the poem I'm actually posting! hehe ^.^

On Valentine's Day...

It was the 14th of February...
This cursed day had come again
This day I had been dreading
Because I'm still alone
Today is the one day of the year
The one day it hurts to be single
Hearts, flowers, chocolates, balloons
All reminders that my heart is alone
All reminders that I havn't found "him"
The one I need to be complete
The one to make my world keep turning
To look into his eyes cuz he's always there for me
To fall asleep beside him
Knowing he'll still be there in the morning
I'll keep searching every place
Hoping I'll someday see his face
I'll wait for the day I can hold him in my arms
And never let him go

First I'd like to state that its not Valentine's Day its Single's Awareness Day! For all us single people its a day of depression =(

Your poem expresses everything that I feel all but the him and his part =/ It maybe depressing but it still shows you are waiting and searching and you wont surrender any time soon.

I know how you feel. Always look for the one that is my soul mate and never finding her is rough. Though I've learned many years ago that you must take life the way it is presented to you so push on and live another day =) Thats why if you ever meet me in person you will rarely if EVER see me not smile!

I wish I was able to express my feelings so easily I never can put into words what I feel =(

So I was making fun of my friend mmmm two weeks ago cuz he was being ridiculus and confused when I mentioned that the Martians are ftw.(for some reason he said he thought I said 'Martins' who knows) Anyways so I decided it would be cool to write something dedicated to the Martians aaaaaaand guess what? I did! lol MARTIANS FTW! ^.^

Martians!

The sky is dark, the stars are out
The red planet far far away...
But never fear they are coming here
The Martians all ready to play
Here they come, I see them now
Quick flash the sign "Martians land here!"
Bringing spaceships and lazerz
Gadgets and tricks
Let's go for a ride to the other side
To terrorize the ends of the universe
A wild night with my Martian friends
I hope, I hope it never ends
Maybe they'll let me drive the spaceship
Or borrow the Death Ray
Through the universe we fly
Don't forget the hyperdrive!
But sad to say it's time to go
I really wish it wasn't so
But the dawn is breaking
And the Martians are taking off
Into the morning they go
Time to catch some sleep while I can
To be ready for nightfall
When the Martians return again!
