The two “South Parks” are ones I once owned but sold due to lack of interest (of course thanks to season 10 it brought back the fan in me) I sold off the first 5-6 seasons. Well I’m starting to buy them back and what better way than doing it while they are on sale.

Also, I have once again sold my copy of “Chappelle Show” Season 2 and the lost episodes.

The “Lost Episodes” just sucked I think. As for season 2, while it was still funny it just doesn’t seem as good as it once was to me (except the Wayne Brady episode that was freakin’ fantastic) so I sold it again this time for good. For the most part there were mostly just segments here and there along with the Wayne Brady episode that I really enjoyed. I just didn’t see the point of holding on to it just for those few things when I could just buy the “Best of” DVD.

I went against my standard of not giving away something that was a gift and got rid of “Epic Movie: Unrated” as I could no longer tolerate it having only watched it a second time I couldn’t believe I actually liked it the first time around. However I did give it away as a gift of sorts to someone I know who LOVES the movie.

I also sold off my two seasons of “Coach” as it is just not as funny to me as it use to be, at least not enough to merit keeping it. Then lastly I sold my copy of “Superman Returns”

Last week I got;

PrisonBreak season 2 was awesome, I have yet to see season three though, I’ll have to buy it and do a cram session before season 4 starts.

The Superman set was given to me out of the blue by my father, a truly marvelous DVD set that easily puts any special features a regular DVD or season DVD to shame. It has both versions of the first two movies, plus three and four, “Superman Returns”, and the “Look up In the Sky, The Amazing Story of Superman” documentary. I won’t even describe how awesome this set is as words could not express it, but if you are a fan of Superman I strongly suggest you get this, even if you’re like me and didn’t exactly care for “Superman 3" all that much.

They didn’t have season four of “Scrubs”, but plenty of season five so I got it instead for now at least.

The two AV movies were in a 2 for $10 sale at the place I sold my “Coach” season and “Superman Returns” so I got those cause they were pretty funny. That is the only place I will by used DVDs from cause they are rather picky with the condition of the ones they buy so it always seems like you are still buying new DVDs.

I have yet to see “Mr. Woodcock”, but I have heard some good things about it does seem pretty funny so I went ahead and bought it.

A few months back I need some quick cash so I had to sell a few DVD’s so I sold my whole collection of the Battle City Duels which is what season 2 is for “Yu-Gi-Oh!” So seeing as how I had already known about this DVD selling those were an easy choice at the time knowing I could just get the season set. This is the same thing I did with my “Enter the Shadow Realm” DVD’s once I heard of season 3, although the deciding factor on that one was the fact that it has the Cyber World sub saga that had yet to be put on DVD.

Home Improvement is still one show I’m not sure if I’d get the whole series of, but for the price season 8 was it was practically like stealing it. OS I opted to buy it, at least I have the final two seasons of the series.

As far as “War” goes, that is just a down right kick ass movie. One that I would recommend EVERYONE to watch,

Also I sold my copies of the first three “American Pie” movies, just because at this point I don’t even remember why I bought them considering the only half way decent one is the third one and that one isn’t even that great.

Needless to say I’ve bought a good deal since I last post in this thread, I buy them but forget to post them when I do.

I ahd already saw season 4 episode 1 of “Prison Break” before getting a hold of the DVD set, but I managed to get it watched before the second episode though.

As far as Iron Man goes, I didn’t get the two disc set, I just settled for the one disc set with a few deleted scenes. That is good enough for me. I’m happy with just owning the movie.

“Date Movie” was dirt cheap I paid maybe five bucks for it and it was at least worth that. Good thing to since I ahd never seen it before seeing it. So for right now at least I plan to keep it. Of down the line that could change.

“Batman Beyond” and “Dragonball Z” were both part of a sale going on and I had always planned on getting the DBZ sets just wasn’t sure when. So I got two of my favorite sagas. Besides that other than the Namek saga these were the only two they had left pretty much. Of course these are two series I’ll be getting out of order.

I’ve actually had volumes 2 and 3 of “Death Note” for a while, I just can’t recall posting them here. I held out on volume 1 hoping to find the Ryuk figure as he was my favorite character. It appears though that I waited to long and after months of searching decided to by the regular volume 1 and just get the Ryuk figure off ebay sometime down the line. I skipped volume 4 because I’m planing to get the rest of the volumes with their figurines. Plus a REAL cool find that I came across yesterday at Best Buy was the “Death Note” movie, I bought that sucker without thinking twice. I can’t wait to watch it.

“Iron King” was a rather interesting series. While it would not be my favorite or in my top ten I still enjoyed it a great deal and I like the approach they took with it.

As for the Jeff Dunham DVD, well one down two to go.

Then on the night it came out at around two- three o’clock in the morning I bought;

Not as big of a haul as last year but still not as bad. I had never seen an Indiana Jones movie before going to see this one in theaters back when it came out, but I think I’ll be picking them up sooner or later.

“Anchorman” and “Talladega Nights” are two movies that I rented when they first came to DVD and I didn’t really care for them as I thought they were stupid and not even a stupid funny. However recently with TBS showing both of them I found myself watching them and enjoying them. So now they are apart of my collection.

As for “Billy Madison”, well I dare ANYONE (especially Adam Sandler fans) to watch that movie and not say it is funny. While I have never seen “BaitShop” before it does have Bill Engvall so it is bound to be funny.

“The Cult of Cartman” DVD is one I never would have bought for myself as I plan to buy most of the season DVDs and a good half of the episodes are already own seasons I own but I’ll still keep a hold of it as it was a gift and I have only broken my rule of getting rid of anything that is a gift and I don’t plan to do it again. Besides that the collector item that it is, is a good deal. Plus all the little added details between the episodes are cool. Plus you get a free membership card for officially being a part of that society, which I’ll admit I put in my wallet

Gotta love tax returns!

I wasn't planning on buying back all six of the first seasons that I sold a year or so ago and focus on the newer seasons. Unless I could find them for cheap and well I thought $15 a piece brand new was damn good. Which means that out of the six I sold off I now only need season six, which knowing me I'll probably buy it too.

I've also wrapped up another great series with the final set of "The 4400".
