I actually did make one, and it uses the "After the OVA" audio recorded in Japanese and put on the Drama CD. I translated it too. You can watch part 1 of it here:

yeah those were really well done ddmp, hopefully we will see them in the actual manga or anime (i think manga is better lol ) but yeah would anyone know Ken akamtsu's email? im going to ask him tokeep making the series and making a site that will donate money to him for making the series once again

That epilogue was from the official last episode of Love Hina. It was a CD recording only. It would have been Love Hina Again episode 4.
