Ziggy yawned. It was a gloom-ish day; not one of her favorites either. Today, her long blonde locks were pulled together into a loose pony-tail with an orange ribbon. It just so happened to match her deep orange tank top along with her light colored jeans. She peered down at the plain, simple gold ring that adorned her index finger. Her parents had given her the gift when she left. Memories, good and bad, rushed into her mind just by glancing at it.
Twisting it around her finger, she rolled onto her back. The clouds above her were perfectly visible. A broad cherry tree blocked the sun's rays thankfully. What a day.
