**Duplicate this for each mission rank you achieve**

For evidence, if you did a graphical mission, please post your sig/banner that you have made as evidence... If its referalled, please post a hyper link to the post where someone has referred you... For items and Jutsu's, please post the Approval PM that a Advisor or higher has sent you as evidence...


This will help in the tracking of mission status, there will be one post to a member in this thread, so when updating your mission report, just edit your first post, we advise you to save a direct link to your single post in your note section in 'My Controls' making it simple to update

Staff will hold you against your reports, if you have a mission rank that has not been reported, it will be corrected by a member of staff, and only if you can update your report to say otherwise...
