Isle of Crandor and other websites

In these Terms and Conditions "IoC" refers to both the RuneScape News Archive (Isle of Crandor), and this web site [Not Open To The Public at this Time]. Both Sites of IoC use the same account (although this web site requires no username, features will be added in the future for the registered), and these Terms and Conditions apply equally to both of them. Please Note: Isle of Crandor is NOT classified as a Runescape Help Site. We are only an Archive of Runescape News and Documents, released by Jagex.

IoC Account

To use most of the features on IoC, we require you to create an account, and choose a username and password. All valid account holders are hereby licensed to access IoC and connect to our servers for the sole purpose of conversing with other RuneScape fans, subject to their compliance with these terms and conditions.

You must not choose a Username that infringes the rights of any third party, impersonates IoC staff or other users, or which is deliberately confusing or which is offensive, racist, obscene or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to change any Username for any reason.

You agree to keep your Password safe at all times and not to disclose it to any other person. You must ensure that your computer is kept free of viruses and Trojans to ensure the safety of your password. Real IoC staff will never ask you for your current password.

You may not create more than one IoC account on any one IP address, unless you have expressed permission form an admin, which would excuse this for multiple siblings that has want to use IoC.

You agree that your IoC account and Posts are and remain the property of IoC. You may not sell, transfer or lend your account to anyone else, or permit anyone else to use your account, and you may not accept an account which anybody else offers you.

We reserve the right to delete all your accounts, block your access to our website and services, and/or take further legal action if you violate any of these terms and conditions. We may delete or modify any account at any time, for any reason.

Parental Guidance

Whilst we reserve the right to monitor and take action upon inappropriate use of IoC (including the posting of inappropriate or offensive material via the chat facility or otherwise), we cannot guarantee that this web site will not contain any content provided by third parties that is inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
