Topic creation
This section only allows 2 types of topic to be created.

Make sure you notify it at the beginning of your topic title.
[Organize] for self-organizing events.
[Suggestion] for events you would like to suggest.

Information
When posting a new event to organize/suggest, there are a few things you must include.

-Event details/information/explanation
-Rules and requirement for participants to join and obey
-Time/Date of event
-How many people involved
-Recommended map to use
-Some clue of the reward given to winner
