Description of powers: Telepathic abilities. Psionic connection to sisters that allows them to use their telepathic powers in conjunction with each other. Presently unable to access the hive supermind, as Celeste and Phoebe have been blocked. Personal telepathic power capable of reading minds, telepathic communication, psychic shields, minor psionic attacks and suggestive abilities. Due to the bond with her sisters, able to naturally communicate with them almost instantaneously, particularly in close proximity, but presently blocked from them in containment.

Notes: The first and only one to be given access to the Enhancer. Like her sisters, intelligent, critical, aloof and judgmental. Suffers from extreme guilt over the mental instability of Phoebe and the death of Mindee that has developed into a coping mechanism of professional dedication to the Project. Previously (when given access to the Enhancer) unsure of the Enhancer, now decidedly rejecting of it. Restricted herself to the confines of HQs and is willing to do what it takes to meet expectations, but in truth does everything in the personal belief that her work with Hydra will keep her sisters together. Unsure of her own abilities and more withdrawn after the death of Mindee and Phoebe’s instability, but tries to mask this by an attempt at calm, calculated condescension, though not always successful as tension and stress tends to break her down. Uncertain of Sophie’s brainwashing and mental conditioning, despite Esme’s initial reassurances, but still believes that Esme, like her, has the best intentions in mind for the sisters as a whole. Willing to cheat when necessary. Compared to her sisters, most open about her emotions, thoughts and intentions. Also shorter tempered. Stole Celeste’s access to the Enhancer and attempted to take her place, wanting more power, but the attempt backfired. Temporarily overloaded, Phoebe accidentally murdered Mindee Cuckoo in an uncontrolled psychic attack. Has since fallen into delusional interpretations of reality. The effects of the Enhancer wore off after the initial burst of excessive power. Occasionally believes that Mindee is still alive and mistakes her other sisters for her. Reliable and responsible. Despite being the leader, highly reactionary rather than taking charge of a situation, more likely to fix a mess than to prevent it. Strongest sense of morals out of her sisters for the general population, rather than more self-centered and family-centric as the others tend to be. Presently brainwashed and believes that Celeste and Phoebe are also dead along with Mindee due to uncontrolled powers overloading and going awry. Shows more attachment and protectiveness towards Esme for it. Born in Tokyo, Japan to strict, conservative parents, both of whom worked in business. Moved to New York with her family at age nine, prone to frequent bouts of rebellion in childhood. Began to dye her hair electric blue upon entry into high school and contemplated tattoos to aggravate her father. Mutation initially developed at seventeen in junior year of high school with frequent electrical malfunctions and difficulty concentrating. Offensive powers later manifested at age nineteen in freshman year of college, during an argument with her brother, causing her to accidentally electrocute him. No permanent damage. Rather than risk a confrontation with her father, ran away from home soon after. Lived homeless on the streets for four months with a strong reliance on illegal sedatives to try to control her powers. Attempted to electrocute De Witt and company when initially approached, but was soon subdued and taken into custody.

Description of powers: Absorption of electricity in various forms - static, outlets, appliances; effects: lights flicker, electrical devices malfunction sporadically. Visual lightning-like effects, visible sparks of energy, as she releases electricity from her body, particularly her hands, via concentrated blasts. Convert bursts of electrical energy into temporary bouts of accelerated speed, with a maximum of 60mph. Incapable of regulating her intake of electricity; must wear specially designed gauntlets. Unable to absorb great amounts of energy at once, such as channeling lightning. Can short out in the presence of water. Must discharge excess electricity regularly or it overwhelms her system. Too much energy scatters her thoughts, over-accelerates her brain functions/speech, and causes loss of concentration/control over her blasts.

Notes: Direct, outspoken, shows a talent for natural leadership but lacks the people skills for it. Since brainwashing, extremely committed to the program, particularly grateful for the customized gauntlets to harness her abilities, and one of its most vocal supporters in the recruitment of new mutants. Moderately obsessive compulsive in her organization to make up for strong feelings of inadequacy over her uncontrollable powers. Rarely apologizes for potentially offensive comments, often regarded as 'insensitive'. Unafraid to speak out and to correct others. Dedicated feminist. Tends to clash with other dominant personalities. Willing to use her powers to guarantee order. Born in suburban L.A. County to an immigrated first-generation Japanese-American restaurant owner Yukito Oyama and second-generation column writer Chihiro Oyama. Parents divorced at age seven. By her choice, lived with father, though having regular visitations to mother, mostly over vacations. Extremely attached to father, though restaurant work generally kept him busy, and heavily prefers father over mother. Father never remarried. Mother moved to Seattle and remarried two years after the divorce, one older step-sister and one younger half-sister. Attended public school, showed an interest in school play productions but did not commit to anything. Learned karate on and off from age ten, but generally did not practice as much as required for consistency. Powers manifested freshman year of high school at fifteen in the form of regenerative healing and extendable claws. Description of powers: Regenerative healing factor. Enhanced speed, strength, agility, endurance and reflexes. Extendable twelve-inch claws from each fingertip.

Notes: Overconfident, impulsive, attention-seeking, flashy. Defensive and argumentative but easily forgets fights. Direct and lacks strategy and tactics, more likely to do something and consider the results afterwards. Used to getting what she wants. Lack of consideration for others, lack of loyalty. Lacks ambition, prone to being easily distracted from a goal. Desires a purpose, which she is seeking in Hydra. Shows a streak of uncharacteristic dedication in intending to fight and beat Weapons X and X-23, but motivations lie largely in ego and a desire for attention than personal resentment. Powers manifested at sixteen in her sophomore year of high school with visible signs by yellow eyes, and out of fear of upsetting her parents or putting them in danger, she ran away from home. Her parents actively tried to locate her, but she hid from them, struggling in Chicago working as a waitress. In the second month living on the streets she assaulted a police officer in an effort to defend one of her friends, unintentionally putting him in the hospital. Intercepted by Ashida and has been under observation for two years, unwilling to undergo extensive treatment, but has developed strong affections for Ashida.

Power Class: Beta
Description of powers: Yellow eyes. Ability to chemically alter her adrenaline levels resulting in temporary super strength, temporarily enhanced speed, endurance and agility. In such states, capable of lifting up to two tons, depending on the amount of adrenaline in her system. Can only maintain a high adrenaline level for up to fifteen minutes before exhausting herself. Susceptible to "berzerker rages" due to the strain of using her powers.

Notes: Pessimistic. Impulsive, jumps to conclusions. Quick-tempered, reacts violently. Struggles with her identity. Tends to view herself as a danger to those she cares about. Guilty conscience, strong moral compass. Fears rejection/disappointing, especially her parents. Defends her allies; very loyal. Strong affections for Ashida. Born to a suburban upper-middle class family of a quiet novelist father and public relations mother. Attended public school, gaining a name for athletic feats. Superhuman durability powers and physical mutant attributes manifested at age seventeen, but physical deformities caused drop out from high school and hermitage at home. Completed high school equivalent studies by homeschooling but never satisfied. Latent powers of superhuman strength and stamina surfaced at age nineteen through accidental removal of refrigerator door from fridge. Continued to live hidden away in his house until recruited by Sophie Cuckoo at age twenty one. Joined the project for medication and treatment.

Power Class: Gamma
Description of powers: Superhuman strength, capable of lifting up to three tons. Enhanced stamina, endurance and durability. Physically mutated naturally to the point of life in normal society being highly improbable, but repressing the physical mutations through constant medication. Requires said medication once a day. In natural mutated state, capable of lifting up to four tons and possessing superhuman stamina and durability.

Notes: Completely dedicated to the program for the sake of getting medication to repress the physical mutations of his powers. Abhors any physical deformation, mutated or otherwise, and completely dependent on the medication psychologically for peace of mind. Dislikes judgmental people but is somewhat hypocritical in his resentment for physical deformities. Extremely insecure about his looks, but attempts to appear confident in what he considers believably playing the good looking part. Description of powers: Gossamer wings (butterfly-like), which allow her to fly. Pink hair and pink eyes. Pixie dust causes diverse psychadelic hallucinations on targets, but no control over the hallucinations, and no idea what other people see when affected by the dust. Inexperienced in flight.

Notes: Prior to capture, was very cheerful and optimistic. Sociable and outgoing, got along well with other mutants in the program. Blunt, blurts things out without thinking. Protective of her friends. Very emotional, prone to tantrums when she feels chastised or victimized. Difficulty taking responsibility for her actions.

Born in the Bronx to a lower income family, little to no contact with her father. Childhood marked by instability with her mother's neglect and several short-term boyfriends; close relationship to her sister. Worked as a bag girl at the grocery store and volunteered at a local animal shelter; always had an affinity for animals, took in a lot of strays. Attended public school, was often bullied. Powers manifested at age fourteen while walking to school; she saw a dog get hit by a car and took it to the free animal clinic. She was covered in its blood, and by the time she arrived at school, she could pick up sounds and scents around her. Soon after, vomited in the middle of class, fled from school, and had her first transformation in an alleyway.
Initially discovered soon this first transformation after in an alleyway, but lost as she ran panicked after regaining human form. Retrieved by DiMauro after tracking to her home, where she was in an argument with her mother, who was with a boyfriend, Reuben. Mid-argument, was attacked by her pet bird and cat and consequently left the house. Unknown to Caban and DiMauro, De Witt intensified the memories of such clashes hidden from their eyes.
DiMauro persuaded Caban to join the program, which Caban accepted.

Description of powers: Animal DNA Assimilation, takes on an animal's characteristics upon contact with its blood; e.g. claws, fur, etc. Transforms into a demi/humanoid form of the animal, similar to a were-creature and gains enhanced senses/abilities of the animal. Powers presently unstable, induces vomiting before every transformation. Also frequently attacked by other animals regardless of being transformed or not. Unable to fully shapeshift into any animal. Formerly only known to have abilities in changing into other mammals, but recently advanced to all animals.
*Presumed potential in transforming into other humans upon contact with their blood, possibly gaining their traits and memories as well.

Notes: Largely solitary and prefers independence, being argumentative and mistrustful. Born to academic parents - both professors - lived in a gated community. Attended private school, participated in plays (insisted on the stage name of Erin Green) and was an avid horseback rider with aspirations to join a national team. Powers manifested at age thirteen during an equestrian competition as she observed another rider navigating a set of hurdles. She projected unintentionally, causing disorientation in both the girl and her horse which culminated in her rival being flung to the ground and hospitalized for a concussion. Ultimately, Erin won the competition after the runner-up experienced the same sensations of vertigo while riding. Similar episodes occured over a three month period, including an incident with the school play wherein she, the understudy, induced strong dizziness and nausea in the lead actress to take her place. Simultaneously, her hair grew in differently, from blond to pale green. Soon after, on her way home from school, located by Esme and Sophie Cuckoo, but initially unsuccessful in capture due to conflicting opinions of the two Cuckoos and subject's resistance. Retrieved the next day by Oyama. Memories of parents wiped by De Witt.

Description of powers: Psionic Equilibrium Distortion, projects psionic energy that affects the nervous system/inner ear organs to affect another being's sense of balance. Effectively causes sensations of vertigo, severe dizziness, disorientation, nausea. Can focus her power on one or two individuals or project outwards to affect multiple individuals within 25 feet; presently unable to go beyond this range. The wider she attempts to project, the weaker her influence on those targets. Not immune to her own powers if projected back at her.
