Hello everyone. We’ve been posting things about season two and having polls, but now it’s time to give some actual concrete information on how things will go from here.

As previously noted, March is the last IC month for Season One of Infinite Evolution.
After Plot XXII. The Attack of HYDRA, the Enhancer will be destroyed as will Magneto’s base of operations. Additionally, Magneto will disappear, automatically disbanding the Acolytes. The Acolyte characters will have the option of being neutral characters or joining a faction by the discretion of the players as long as it is in character. The Acolyte character group will be eliminated.

The OOC month of December will be a time jump of six condensed IC months, covering IC April to IC September. All players will be required to write a Season I & Time Jump update on their characters in a designated thread in the General Discussions forum and these will be, after processing by staff for consistency (brief season one recaps) and feasibility/realism (time jump recaps), added to the character bios.

As you may have noticed, the board’s layout for forums has changed some. This is because there will be a new plot-important university created for IE since some of the characters will be graduating from Bayville HS during the time jump period. The university will also give new focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn, giving more physical room for threads and plots over all.

So far as HYDRA characters go, some will be sent into the X-Men or the Brotherhood for purposes of infiltration and information gathering. Some will also be attending BHS or the new university.

In other news, we now have a new Secondary PC system, designed to encourage the playing of needed canons but reduce the responsibility of activity.
