Il Sung is making February 15 'Wolvie Day'.

As he doesn't really ever check with other people before doing these things (or things in general), he will be sending out invitations with Kitty and randomly 'promoting' people from simple 'guests' to the 'honor' of having particular assignments.

Jean.
Obviously, no one has to listen to him, but he will presume they do listen to him anyway.

Every X-resident gets an 'invitation', located here. Anyone is free to come or to ignore once the thread is up.

Notably, Il Sung makes no specific mention of this being a secret or makes any efforts to keep it a secret other than not sending Logan an invite (and still sending Hank and Ororo invites). Escape while you can, Logan.
