in someone his age, he is believed to be trying to follow in the footsteps of his “big brother
Dick.” Despite the unexplained absences of both Dick and Bruce, he has
yet to notice their “after hour activities” and now he knows who they are. He
wants to blackmail his adoptive brother in order to become the next Robin.

Former British intelligence agent and accomplished stage actor,
Alfred has been spending his golden years in service of the Wayne family
as their beloved butler and friend. Resourceful and cunning he has been a

he takes on the Gotham underworld.

One of the last straight cops in all of Gotham’s PD, he seems to really
be going places since his display of heroism and selflessness in the Narrows. However in recent months he has been accused of working with the
outlaw vigilante known as the Batman, but so far no proof has arisen
to connect him with the dark knight.

Commissioner Gordon’s daughter, she can often be seen hanging around
the police station. Noted for her talents in terms of hacking and computer programming, she hopes however to someday become a police commissioner like her father.

Labeled “Gotham’s White Knight” he seems to be the only glimmer of real
hope Gotham has seen in a long time. Intelligent, handsome and courageous
he has been battling the bad guys in the courts, rather in the streets.
Gothamites see him as the hero they need, however in private people tend to
say he’s two-faced and is never seen without his two headed coin given to him by his father.

Former D.A. and love interest of Bruce Wayne, these days she seems occupied with Gotham’s supposed White Knight Harvey Dent. And though Bruce claims he has moved on and that he’s happy for her and Harvey, it is noted that the billionaire still shows signs of having an unhealthy infatuation with her.

A wise business man and brilliant technician, he was a friend of the late Thomas Wayne helping him construct and engineer the Gotham Rail system. Still a kind and loyal friend to Bruce, he manages the day to day operations of his company while designing and creating the Dark Knight’s arsenal.

However despite her leads and sources she has yet to even come close to Batman or his former protégé. And it seems these days danger seems to follow her wherever she goes because in her snooping into the heart of Gotham’s underworld she accidentally attracted the attention of the Joker himself.

Often called “the Penguin” for his humorous appearance and his tendency to waddle, he is a British arms dealer and is the main source of weaponry for the mob. Using the Iceberg Lounge as a cover for his criminal activities, he has been known to smuggle in weaponry via his trademark umbrellas. Though loud and animated Cobblepot often prides himself as being gentleman and a man about town and depending where you stand with him he can ether be a valuable asset or your worst nightmare.

The most infamous criminal in Gotham’s history. Calling himself the Joker, he is one of the biggest threats facing Gotham today. Armed with explosives, knives and a sick mind he has managed to turn the entire city upside down in a matter of days. Currently he is housed within Arkham Asylum, however attracting the attention of Harleen Quinzelle it doesn’t seem like he’ll be there long.

A brilliant intern at Arkham Asylum and former employee to Dr. Jonathan Crane she wished originally to publish a thesis on extreme personalities like the Joker. However in her sessions with the clown she seems to notice that he knows more things about her than she knows about herself. In a poor attempt to keep professional appearence, she tries her best to hide her playfulness and the bond she seems to developing with “Mistah J”.

Former head of Arkham Asylum, he has taken the identity of the Scarecrow. Being blamed for the terrorist attack in the Narrows he is one of Gotham’s most wanted. Though having been thought to have been dead, reports are coming in from all over the city of patients suffering similar effects to that of his weapon zed fear toxin.

His name is a rumor, his identity a myth. Ra’s was Bruce’s mentor
and sworn enemy. He was the former head of the League of Shadows
and with him currently recovering from his previous attack on the
Narrows, his daughter Talia has taken charge of her father’s men.

Having taken charge for her father, she wishes to complete what he
failed to do destroy: Gotham and return balance. This time however
she seems to be using the madness of Gotham’s new class of criminal
to her advantage. Manipulative and infamous for her exotic beauty, she
is not a mastermind to be taken lightly.

A brilliant biologist and research scientist, he had the misfortune of being
diagnosed with profound hearing loss. Trying to save his hearing and prove
his theories in eukaryotic gene manipulation and transcription, he forged
a crude mutagen with a retrovirus and bat genes. However given the rush
to create it, it had some unfortunate side effects, turning him into a humanoid
bat. Having lost rational thought to savage instinct, Kirk has become a modern anarchist, believing the only true justice in this world is Darwin’s laws and that humanity is a joke. He has also developed an unhealthy obsession with re-modeling human flesh.

An ecoterrorist, botanist and feminist, Poison Ivy is the femme fatale of the Gotham underworld and close friends with Harleen Quinzelle. Housing a rare collection of endangered and extinct plants her bioweapons are unlike anything ever seen. When dealing with Ivy, you should watch yourself because this rose has thorns.

Originally hired by the Gotham PD to uncover the identity of the Batman, he is distinguished for his love of puzzles, riddles and games as well as his arrogance. However in recent months he has left the Gotham PD in pursuit of his own amusement. Leaving behind a riddle at every one of his crimes, he wishes to test the people of Gotham following the example of infamous criminals like the Zodiac Killer. His puzzles and riddles are sure to leave you scratching your head.

An accomplished jewel thief, she is known for her amazing acrobatic abilities,
leather whip and her iconic cat costume. Catwoman is a household name in
Gotham and often described as the incarnation of every male fantasy. However where she stands is kind of sketchy, though she has been known to steal and loot every now and then, she has also been noted occasionally in helping the people of Gotham. But good or bad one thing is certain she is still a dangerous being and it is advised people approach her at their own risk.

Not much is known about the criminal known as Bane. However is it believed he was a subject of Project Gilgamesh and that his origins lie somewhere within Latin America. When he injects the enzyme PEPCK-C it controls the expression of what is commonly called "the mighty mouse gene". It is when the enzymes are introduced into his system he becomes a hulking giant with a strength measured on a magnitude at least 40% more than your average human.

Armed to the teeth with flamethrowers, lasers, explosives and his iconic flight suit, Firefly is trying to keep one step ahead of Batman and his young protégées.

An employee of Alcor Life Extension foundation, he was the world’s premiere cryogenicist, having invented a process in which to rewrite homeostatic conditions to work at sub-zero temperatures (think of it as a fever of sorts). However when it was discovered he was embezzling company funds to aid his ailing wife, a fight broke out with security. It was within that fight Fries accidentally infected himself with his engineered retrovirus. Now in order to keep basic biological functions and mechanics working he must keep his body in a sub-zero environment, hence his cryo-suit. However unlike most criminals he is not motivated by money or estranged philosophies, but revenge. Claiming to be emotionally dead and having a hatred for all things his crimes are characterized often by a use of his liquid nitrogen gun and destroying the things people love the most.
