  Actually English police can be brutal when they want to be, look at the way they handle some drunks, surely some of that is mirrored into their driving.

  exactly plus ive noticed on many different channels that in england police are all puffy like 'oh we dont want to get our car dirty and damaged by driving across that field to catch that murderer whos getting away' then in america its 'fucking ram him off the road dont worry about the car we need to catch him'.

  yeah its cause most of the men drivers street race and theres accidents in that int there so thats probably where all the crashes come from, I'll tell you the most common male car crashes..........police their so dumb they cant even avoid a car on the street without touching it or smacking straight into the back of it
