Open SC on the traxxas point series night

Is there and open SC class on the Saturday's that have the traxxas point series race nights? Or will they let us race in the class and not count us. Just wondering, haven't been out on a Saturday in a while!
Also is there anyone going to be there Saturday with their 13.5 wheelers? The championship is like a week and half away and I haven't seen anyone running the 13.5 wheelers, correct me if I'm wrong!
