The astronomy tower is the tallest tower at Hogwarts. At the top of the tower, usually at midnight, Astronomy classes are held. Highest point of observation in Hogwarts, and grants the user a huge range of sight. Astronomy is taught by Professor Nate Aphelion.

Millenia ago when Hogwarts was conceived, the four founders placed tremendous magic upon a stone which would act as a core for Hogwarts itself. Deep in the ground, this stone is housed in a chamber from which all Hogwarts magic permeates.

The Grounds
The grounds includes everywhere that is on the Hogwarts property. This include the lake, the fields around the castle, and anywhere else that is considered outside of the building. The grounds do not include the forbidden forest, the quidditch pitch, or Hogsmeade. Flying Class is taught here by Professor Justine Kelly.
