I don't really have time to run another at the moment, and pretty soon I will have no internet for a week (hopefully less). I'd be interested in adding a character if someone else where to run one though.

I might announce one next week, but it wouldn't be traditional one...
I thought of a round arena with several entry points and no knowledge of the path ahead for any of the contestants. They will select their entry point by lot and interactively select the way before them, fighting random monsters (and possibly other contestants) on their way to the center. There, in the central room, there can be only one king of the hill... So final fight will take place there. As you can see, this one would be an interactive one - players of particular heroes would select their way and possibly the reaction when they meet other contestants (you want to team up with that other elf, together enter the central room, destroy all opposition and then decide of the winner in fair fight? Maybe he wants to do that too... and maybe not.), but it is now just in the area of thoughts. I may decide till next week if I will do that or no. Is there anybody who would be interested in participating in anything similar? -------------------- Results record 8th edition (W/D/L) - to the 10-09-07

I'd be interested if one eventuates. The idea you had Dodo sounds interesting, the player involvement would add something new to the old AOD format (though i enjoyed the previous AOD's format too).

For now, ZeltArruin announced one AoD, so I will not run second until some time after it is finished. If you would still feel the urge to take part of an experimental one, ask me later and I will host it.
