You can download the rulebook for it from the GW specialist games website.

It is a specialist games system that GW made, it is loosely set in the WHFB world except with some funky technologies that oyu won't see in WHFB, it is a light hearted and quite funny game that is pretty much american football except a lot rougher. More casualties than goals is not too uncommon. I've played one or two games of it as a trial, it was fun but seems to take a while to learn all the rules properly.

Strewart has pretty much nailed it, it is a fun game to play although I find that you need a group of players with their own team (6-8) to make any sort of league/cup enjoyable. As you advance in games your players gain experience, new skills and often injuries. FOr example my catcher is blind in one eye and has a smashed hip meaning that to catch a ball I need to roll a 6 (as opposed to the 4 needed originally) you do become very attached to your players and it is devasting if/when one of them dies.
