PM notification?

I looked for an option and couldn't find one -- is there a way to have the forum notify you of new PMs? If I never glanced at the inbox number under the banner I wouldn't realize I had any messages.

Do you have pop-ups disabled on your browser? Allow them for the site and you'll have a pop-up when you get a new message. If that still doesn't help, go to Board Options in your Controls and check "Do you wish to get a pop up notification when you get a new personal message?"

Or do you mean you'd like an email? I think you can find that in your options too since I get both an email and pop-up when I get a PM.

Nah, not email. I check here vastly more often than I check my email, so that would be kind of pointless.

Allowing popups from here now. I didn't think of that; I'm used to forums using those little "OK/Cancel" dialogs for PMs. Thanks!
