The strengths and weaknesses of chakra are as follows: Fire is stronger than Wind, Wind is stronger than Lightning, Lightning is stronger than Earth, Earth is stronger than Water, and Water is stronger than Fire.

But I thought

Fire > Wind because wind only makes fire stronger.
Thunder > Wind
Earth > Lightning (Lightning cant break rocks)
Water > Earth (Water weakens earth and makes it mud)
Water > Fire

And you can mix types to make new ones.
Fire + Lighting
Water + Lighting

Both fire, and lightning are made up of heat energy mixing them does nothing. Water, and Ligthtning can already be mixed by mixing the energies.

No Fire beats Winds because Wind feeds it. Also, with the way you put it wind is stronger than nothing which isn't how a elemental cycle ever works. No Lightning is better than Earth that's one reason Sasuke beat Bird making Clay Man. Again, if each element is no stronger, or weaker than another it isn't a elemental cycle. Also, something noteworthy to say Water is a conductor of electricity, but only because of the minerals in the water.
