Bunshin No Jutsu (rank 2) - Can create up to four clones of self, clones are unable to attack on their own but move alongside the user and take the same actions as the user. They can be combined with other jutsu, and can be used as setups for other jutsu as well. Requires Bunshin No Jutsu rank 1 and costs 5 EXP.
Kawarimi No Jutsu (rank 2) - Can be used up to twice per fight, the user creates a "fake" body that cannot attack, but when hit, poofs into a log. The user themself can move quickly to another spot while unnoticed (unless another jutsu is used that can detect this, such as byakugan). Requires Kawarimi no jutsu rank 1 and costs 5 EXP
Henge No Jutsu (rank 2) - User alters their physical appearance to match that of another object/person/ect. for as long as they can concentrate and have chakra remaining. At rank 2, the user can use henge on bunshins. Requires Henge no Jutsu rank 1 and costs 5 EXP
Suiton: Suigadan no jutsu - Using a small/medium amount of chakra, the user causes water to rise from a nearby water source, and shoots them at their opponent, the water acts like a powerful drill. MUST BE NEAR A BODY OF WATER. Requires 1 seal knowledge and 1 chakra, and costs 20 EXP.
Fuuton: Daitoppa no Jutsu - Using a fair amount of chakra, the user sends a powerful blast of wind forth, the wind itself isn't too powerful, but if an object caught in the wind hits the target, the damage can be immense (the heavier the object, the more damage). Requires 1 seal knowledge and 1 chakra, and costs 20 EXP.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (rank 1): The user can create a clone identical to themself, that is capable of interacting with the enviroment and attack, unlike a normal bunshin. However, at rank 1, only one can be made at a time, and the bunshin cannot stray too far away from the user. If the bunshin if destroyed, it reverts to water. MUST BE NEAR A LARGE ENOUGH SOURCE OF WATER!! Requires 3 ninjutsu, and costs 50 EXP
Mizu no Muchi: A ninjutsu technique that allows the user to create a whip made of water. It functions like a normal whip, but an electrical current can also be sent through it (if you have the raiton element, or somebody else nearby charges raiton into it). There is no need for a water source, as long as there is moisture in the air, the whip can be formed. Requires 2 ninjutsu, and costs 40 EXP.
Mizu no Tatsumaki: A ninjutsu technique that creates a powerful vortex of water, the water can act as a barrier around the user, and as an offensive ability. A direct hit from the vortex can knock a human unconscious. MUST BE NEAR A LARGE ENOUGH SOURCE OF WATER!! Requires 4 ninjutsu, and costs 70 EXP.
Baku Suishouha no Jutsu (rank 2): The user launches forth from their gullet and out of their mouth a powerful stream of water, capable of blowing targets back. A versatile jutsu that can be used at almost any range. At rank 2, the stream of water is forceful enough to knock away some trees and other medium-sized objects. Requires 4 ninjutsu, and costs 80 EXP.
Kattokaze Butoukai (rank 1): Charging chakra into the palm of their hand, the user creates a small sphere of cutting wind, which can then be thrown. The sphere, when it connects with a solid object, cuts more effectively than a shuriken. Requires 2 ninjutsu and costs 60 EXP.
Shunshin no Jutsu: The ninja's body "flickers" as they move about at full speed when this is activated (can be activated silently). When used in conjunction with something to obstruct the opponent's vision, the flicker effect is more effective. If the ninja's speed is very high, they can flicker across larger areas of space. This jutsu is given to you for free if you have at least 8 speed!
