Pachisuro Ganbare Goemon

Check out the trailer here, which seems to pull out all the stops in appealing to the fanbase, including some fanservice involving Princess Yuki and Yae along with Goemon/Omitsu cuteness.

Unfortunately, the chosen medium ensures that Western fans will get shafted yet again. Oh, well.

ACK! That looks so awesome!!!! I'm going to watch that trailer endlessly and cry over the fact that we won't be getting a new game here in the states.
It looks really cool though! With all the Yuki fanservice, if I knew nothing about these games, I'd think she was the female lead. And that song that's playing in the second half of the video is really catchy...

I guess Konami's trying to make up for her sparse appearances, which actually haven't hindered her popularity. Naturally, they aren't as nutty about her as they are with Yae.

(Also, I think Omitsu's voice actress this time is Rie Kugimiya, since the comments keep mentioning her nickname of "Kugyu." Or maybe she's Princess Yuki's VA...)

I don't think pachisuro games have ROMs, they're not like console games.

I know, right? I'm betting this is what Goemon would look like on any of the current generation home consoles... such high quality!

Between this, and that cell phone game, it's good to see the Goemon license isn't dead. Who knows, maybe our chances of getting a new game (that we can actually play) are better than we think...

Seriously, can't we have Omitsu show a little skin for once? Please, Konami? Goemon would want it that way!

I really, really wanna play this...If I ever go to Japan, I'm definitely looking for this.

The video is really really epic, but it doesn't really show much game play at all. I like the style it's done in, however!

Certainly a surprise though, this will be the first arcade-ish game of Goemon since Mr Goemon.

Hey, that's a good point! That's kinda cool, getting back to the series's origin after all this time.

Sonicdude uploaded a better quality version of the trailer (THAT ASSHOLE lol jk) so I'm taking mine down. Considering that Princess Yuki's prominently featured on the game's official site, I'm guessing that she's a main character. (I'll spare you from any possible Omitsu-related rants regarding that...)
