Greetings all,

It's been a year or two since I've been here and have talked about my translation project. The project is almost finished. Some screenshots:

Also, I am in need in of a graphic designer. The mystery maze needs some work done and the bathhouse female/male signs need to be done accordingly. That's just a few of the small stuff that needs to be done.

Well, that's about it, let me know if you want to help.

All I can say is: wow.

That looks utterly astounding, and I'm happy you've taken the time to share with us!

As for Graphic design, I'm alright at some basic stuff so I -might- be able to help.

It's funny. I don't think I need anymore graphic help, at least hopefully I don't. I've been waiting for a few months for my graphic guy to get back to me and he finally did today. I sent him a bunch of stuff today, so hopefully that'll work out. Incidently, the ending is hilarious, I'd post more of it, but that would spoil everything.

Also, I might need help testing the game out. I've already got one guy and waiting on another, but I think I might need a few more people. I'm trying to locate strings in the game and some are much more harder to find than others.

I might as well mention that I will be working on Gaiden 2 once I finish this game up. Even have a translator lined up.

Also promise on a Gaiden 2 translation is great! GI will be happy to help in anyway it can if needed.

Great work on this, but why are you planning on translating Gaiden 2 instead of the first one? Personal preference?

I haven't really checked out Gaiden 1 like I have 2. It also seems 2 is the superior game based on what I've seen of both of them.

It'd show people the game were Yae originally came from, but that's all I got. tongue.gif

On the other hand, Gaiden 2 is where Koryuta first appears - and it demonstrates just how far he's fallen since then. Now he only gets to be a mode of transportation, if he's lucky.

Just to let y'all know that I'm setting a release date for the 13th of October. The last major thing left to do are the credits. I also had some trouble finding certain text in the game, which leads me to believe that some of it is very well hidden. Apparently, the two programmers, Shinamon and Ogawa put themselves into the game, but I haven't found them.

It is now finished. Took a bit longer than expected as I was waiting for the credits to be designed, which I got a few days ago.

Just to give a bit of an update. I'm going to be releasing an update patch soon that addresses some minor issues. Afterwards I'll release a few more patches (For other games) and get off my ass and get the ball rolling for Gaiden 2. All within the year.
