*USERNAMES*

Users signing up with member names that are web url's advertising their own site will have them changed immediately to something more appropriate.

*POSTING OF LINKS*

We do not allow unauthorised posting of links to forums / websites who could be considered a competitor to girlsnmotors, also promotion of any other websites that would be considered advertisement (see advertising guidelines), any such posts will be removed at a moderators discretion, consistent abuse of this rule will result in a 1 day temporary ban to a permanent ban.

Members with more than 1000 non spammy posts may post links to any sites they like.

*ADVERTISING*

Advertising of goods/services/events/anything is strictly prohibited unless permission has been sought from one of the two site owners, either Paula Dansie (vwmadgirl) or Rick Duncan (mrskyline), any such posts will be removed at a moderators discretion, consistent abuse of this rule will result in a 1 day temporary ban to a permanent ban

*CAR ADVERTS*

Members with a post count of 50 or above may post their car adverts freely on the forum, members with less than 50 posts will have their car adverts removed immediately

*USE OF PM*

Under no circumstances should pm be used in order to promote goods,services or competitive sites any such acts will result in a 1 day temporary ban to a permanent ban

*ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR*

Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated especially towards another member of girlsnmotors, posts will be edited or removed at a moderators discretion, and consistent abusive behaviour will result in a ban which could be anything from a 1 day temporary ban to a permanent ban

*ACCESS TO THE LOCKED ROOMS*

Access to the locked rooms within the girlsnmotors forum is only granted to users that have met some or all of the conditions set out by admin, these can be seen below.

- Member needs to have a post count of at least 500
- Member must be 18 or over
- Member must become part of the everyday community which means posting as regularly as is possible to do so, depending on the member's situation.

Access can only be granted by a moderator or admin which is discretionary, these rooms are to be seen as a "bonus" to being a full and trusted member of girlsnmotors.

Members that have access to the locked rooms are NOT permitted to share the login details with anyone, the only people that have the right to give out access details are admin and moderators.

If the access details are "leaked" then they will be instantly changed and the new details will only be passed out to trusted members.

*SIGNATURES*

The maximum image size for a signature is 550 x 175 pixels and the file size should be no more than 50K

Only one image is allowed in a signature (see size information above).

Up to two links are allowed in a signature, the font size used must be small.

Text is allowed within a signature, there is no real limit though this should not be abused, huge or excessive amounts of writing will be edited or removed.

Signatures not conforming to the above guidelines will be edited or removed by admin or one of the forum moderators.
