The coffin-thing floats closer to Tetroneque.

Tetroneaque eyed the thing with curiousity but didn't feel like actually touching it.

"Any idea what this... thing is?" He asked while motioning his hand toward the floating thing. It reeked of magic to the kitsune's nose.

"Well, it doesn't seem to be something you can stab. What about getting closer?"

The shape serenely drifts closer to the kitsune.

"Hey, Tetro... It is okay if I call you Tetro, right? Why do i get the feeling that that shape wants something that has to do with you?"

The shape gets closer...closer...CLOSER!

(BOOO! Inside the box was... A DEAD BODY! DUNDUNDUNNNN! The maid let out a peircing shreik, for she knew... THE BUTLER DID IT!)

[[Curse that butler! What an bastard! We should shoot him in his... ear! Yea, that's it, the ear! Anyway, I'll await Tetroneaque. He has the ball.]]

Really having nothing better to do at the moment, Tetroneaque reached out to touch the strange thing with his hand. He was actually quite curious of the odd phenomenon.

The shape instantly sucked out all of his current store of magic, and grew about twice as large.

Hagoresh looked at Tetroneaque wih curiousity.
"So, how did it feel? Did anything happen?"
He smiled, a smile of curiousity and a little evil, which showed that the "false Hagoresh" hadn't left yet.

Tetroneaque didn't seem to even care.

"It seems to be pure magical essence..." He stated.

Which means my blades should be able to drain it into oblivion.

The kitsune let one of his shield swords slide free and then stabbed the blade into the shape.

[Fission]

Tetroneaque was wrong. The coffin thing drained the sword of all the spiritual energy of it, turning it into dust, and growing still larger.

( OOC: Why do you hate my weapons so? I already had to remake one of the damn things already! I haven't seen you destroying anyone else's weapon of choice. Also, to quote you in another thread, "Get to the point already!" )

The blade goes through, and nothing really happens, except Tet's hands didn't go through. Hint alert!

Tetroneaque tried to open the strange thing since apparently he could touch it yet nothing else could.

Hagoresh ran forth, to aid his comrade. He put his hand on the coffin and were ready to, as soon as Teroneaque begun, open it.

(Tain't no coffin. It's just coffin shaped. Try throwing it aganist the wall.)

Their fingers/claws slid off the smooth surface of the thing.

By now feeling quite frustrated, Tetroneaque lifted his arms up and brought them crashing down with all his strength. The kitsune was done trying to figure the thing out and was now simply going to smash it with physical might.

Hagoresh throw himself down on the forest ground, and prepared to, if Tetroneaque failed, kick the coffinshaped thing into one of the many trees.
