Well, been cruising around and I'm surprised no ones posted about the id source codes.
I have a link to the page here so there you go. The source for the q1 and q2 have GPL'd engine source, not sure about q3 -------------------- Back, with a compiler!

Hmm... the most recent post in there was one you replied too back in September. Guess you've already seen it then. Not much going on these days. Everyone busy with other things.
