 "requested registry access is not allowed" fix, how to easily fix the error

How to fix the "requested registry access is not allowed" error, that comes up when you try to create a new project.

Hit Start, Run, and then type in regedit.

Find where it says hkey_current_user, then in that folder there is a subfolder called software, and in that folder there is another subfolder called classes.

At the top most bar Click Edit, then New, and then Key, and then type in .csproj

Check permissions to make sure you have full access to everything.
