I post questions here and there, I Google about trying every solution I can find, but for whatever reason, Adobe Air just won't work on my system.
Oh well. I guess it hates Vista.
I found a solution which actually works! If you have Vista, do the following. Right click on an .air file and choose "open with", and then browse to Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR Application Installer.
Then and only then will it actually install Adobe Air. There is no other possible way to get Adobe Air to install on Vista, which makes absolutely no sense at all. Or it will appear to install, but Vista refuses to recognize it. This solution works though.
