I was just wondering is there still somewhere I can obtain the first few versions of Gadget3D, for historical sake. Remember the ones with the green trees and the little fire and those gray mountains in the background.

I believe the zips were named

3d_engine1.zip
3d_engine2.zip
3d_demo.zip

or something similar?

Is there anywhere I can download these or can someone possibly send me them if they have a copy? They bring back so many memories smile.gif

Hey again, just a little bump rolleyes.gif I'm sure out of the 200+ viewers someone has one of these old files?

I can also remember an old .gmd based off gadget 3d in a room with aqua walls and I'm sure you could see through the ceiling if I remember right. It had the old yellow "triangle" view object.

If anyone has any of these, could you please send them to theinsanelygreat(at)hotmail(dot)com
Cheers

It been two years.

And why would you want them anyway? After all this time, they can't compare to all the newer stuff out. Game Maker now has 3D capabilities.

Mainly for the sake of having them, being quite a sentimental person I just think it would be nice to play them again after so long. rolleyes.gif It was these first demos that helped me discover my interest in 3D related programming..
