The main town in the south is Miname, home to Shiai Games and Ginou Computer School. Miname is also home to many of the trades men that go into the desert.

Ginou Computer School is the leader of computer and software engineerings. Almost everyone in Miname attends Ginou at one point in life. Ginou is not just for those out of highschool. It has classes from kindergarden and up. It is the only school that is willing to take on younger students to give them a better understanding on what goes on in Tenpi. It even uses some of the games developed by Shiai to help with teaching.
