The Fix General Hospital campaign will target Disney executives and show sponsors in an effort to return General Hospital to its former greatness. To this end, we will demand balanced and thoughtful storylines, character integrity, respect for history and vets, and meaningful family, friend and love relationships.

As fans both old and new, from many and diverse fanbases, we will not tolerate the further degradation of this program, its characters and its history due to careless and sensationalized storytelling catering to the least common denominator and focused on a select few characters. We deserve and demand better. Our unified campaign begins here and now.

As a participant in this campaign, it is imperative that you read the Board Guidelines. Strict adherence to these guidelines is what will give us the synergy necessary to wage a highly effective campaign.

-Spread the word! Let's get out there and recruit any and all fanbases we can. Link up, affiliate, advertise in your sigs on other sites-- tell anyone who will listen about this campaign, and bring them back here: Fix General Hospital

-Get involved! Check out the forums below, stay current on campaign initiatives and share your ideas for making this the most effective campaign possible.

-Send your Phase Three postcards NOW, and get your family and friends to do the same-- the more the better! Send Phase One Postcards and Phase Two Postcards too, if you wish.

BOARD GUIDELINES
Welcome to the Fix General Hospital Campaign forum!

Above all else, this is a fanbase-neutral board. We are here to discuss, organize and mobilize our campaign to effect positive change in General Hospital in accordance with our Mission Statement. We are working toward our goal in absolute UNITY, without regard for character or couple allegiances. To that end there will be NO:

* Couple or character mentions, including support or bashing. None. Zero. Any posts doing so will be deleted. No exceptions.

* Fanbase bashing or baiting. None. Zero. Any posts doing so will be deleted. No exceptions.

* Flaming, trolling, snarkiness or hostility toward any other board members. None. Zero. Any posts doing so will be deleted. No exceptions.

We do not want to ban anyone from this forum but if there are repeated violations of the above, we will do so for the greater good.

Signatures and avatars have been disabled to avoid potential tensions.

Should you have a problem with a post or member, bring it to your fanbase representative or a moderator or directly to MmeHazel or buff29 in a PM, and we will do our best to sort it out. DO NOT attempt to deal with it yourself. If you don't know who your fanbase rep is, check with the site that referrred you to this forum, or with MmeHazel or buff29 in a PM.

Remember, this campaign will not be successful unless all fanbases can put aside their differences and unite for our common cause. Together we can Fix General Hospital.
