I did not know apple seeds has Arsenic in them. I had been feeding my 8 yr old bunny about 1/4 an apple every time I fed him since last July. He died but my other bunny is fine. I don't know if it was age why he died or the seeds. I only had him all those years to keep him from being eaten by a family. I saved him for 8 years. Last year my neighbor told me about a woman who had a pet tame bunny she was going to let go because the kids would not take care of it any more. She asked me if I would take it. I said that bunny will be killed in 20 min if a dog comes by it. So I got that bunny. The one before that was going to be fed to a snake at a pet store. I have to stop this

My rabbits get apples with seeds regularly and none have gotten sick or died as a result. Read these links which say that apple seeds do NOT contain arsenic but do have some cyanide in them.
