Hi all i saw on a science programme all while ago that apperently goldfish recognise there owners, anyone got any comments on this , Any experiences that may help prove this? :)

I think that's obvious. If I walk by my fish tanks at feeding time, the fish swarm. If anyone else does, nothing happens.

They will follow me around the pond sure, but I think they know it's feeding time.

Hi fishdok
It also proves that the 4minute memory of fish is a myth as mine can even tell the difference between british summer time when the clocks go forwards an hour and british winter time when they go back again and alter their eating habits respectively
