Read through these rules carefully, please! Reading this is all I ask of you. They're pretty simple and plain, though, so it shouldn't take you too long. These rules aren't meant to punish or restrict you; they're simply there to protect and help everyone, in order to have a civil community. However, with that said, I do reserve the absolute right to ban or suspend certain users who do not follow these guidelines, after warnings (and, yes, staff members are entitled to ban/suspend members, without warning, if the cause is great enough.) When you have read them through, you are ready to begin posting.





1.::. General Rules and Guidelines .::.

* 1.1 No flaming other members
* 1.2 No spamming, opening useless threads or unnecessary posting
* 1.3 You may not edit messages that have been edited by a moderator/admin
* 1.4 You may not (publically) complain about thread closure/trashing, post deletion, warnings and bans of other members
* 1.5 You may not provoke flame wars in any form or manner
* 1.6 We do not tolerate ANY form of attacks, harassment, threats, humilations, insults (etc.) on staff and members. Personal attacks, such as those based on a person's race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, lifestyle choice, age, disablement or other such affiliation, are strictly prohibited
* 1.7 The Edit Button is your friend, do not double post!
* 1.8 Please use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Of course we understand that not everyone's first language is English. But otherwise we will not understand what you say or mean, and you won't be taken very seriously! (Meaning, watch your chatspeak and force yourself a bit to be coherent, ESPECIALLY in roleplays!)
* 1.9 Do not ask to be a Mod/Admin/or another team member; these positions will be given to people by the staff themselves, if we ever need any more



2.::. Others .::.

* 2.1 Chain letters are STRICTLY forbidden. They are highly childish and no one should believe in them, let alone start them, so please simply forward them to the admin if you ever recieve one
* 2.2 If you plan on roleplaying, here, you MUST read through this topic, or at least, respect what it states
* 2.3 If a moderator/admin decides on something, and you are against it, no talking-back (in an insulting way, obviously), complaining, persisting, arguing, etc. to the staff will be tolerated. If you have serious issues about the decision in question, please PM one of the staff members
* 2.4 If you're roleplaying a game that is over PG13 (sexual content, graphic fighting, whatever), simply write a little warning, at the first page of the topic, or, I'll just do it myself. Just to respect the younger audience. So, mature content is permitted, just warn others before you go about with 'taboo' subjects.



3.::. Art Theft/Copyrights .::.

* 3.1 All international copyright laws and intelectual property laws apply to your pictures. Violating these laws may result in civil fines and/or imprisonment (for information, you can visit here.) We may enforce any violations we see by removing/editing said post(s.)
* 3.2 Breaking these rules excessively will most likely result in the suspension of your account on this forum.
* 3.3 The staff may edit or remove your images without notice if we see any violations of the rules.
