Ich Tu Dir Wen - Rammstein
Just got the new CD from them, Liebe Ist fur Alle da. I love it, a definite step up from Reise, Reise. |

The best of Human League
It's weird, whenever I have a cold like the one I've got right now, when I listen to this, (especially songs like Together in Electric Dreams) I do feel a lot better. This links in with my theory that virus' aren't big fans of electro! |

Right now I'm bouncing back and forth between, coincidentally, songs supporting the military forces of two different countries: "Fear Not, Israel" and "The Warrior Song". (Also quite a contrast between the moods of the two songs.)
What makes this even more ironic is how Israeli forces just successfully busted this big weapons shipment, and a dozen soldiers were tragically murdered and many more were wounded in an attack on Fort Hood in Texas. |

Diablo Swing Orchestra - A Tap Dancer's Dilemma
The first song in their newly released album, Sing-Along Songs for the Damned and Delirious. Their awesomeness has been delayed for 4 years. It's about time they released a new album. |

Blood for the Blood God by Debauchery.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. I imagine this is what Kharn the Betrayer hears on Chaos FM. |

In my head, I'm trying to approximate what a heavy metal cover of Live And Let Die would sound like.

Actually, funny that you should mention Rammstein, because I just found it as the topic of this article here, and that, in turn, led me to investigate this German band Einstürzende Neubauten, with their song Nagorny Karabach. |

I've been listening to Nightwish, most especially Erämaan Viimeinen.
Also Hammerfall. Yes, I've become hooked on them. Although, some of their lyrics are so over-the-top I have to laugh. :D But it's still good. I love Always Will Be. |

The World - .Hack//Sign Original Soundtrack
I love the .Hack series, games and animes. And the music has some nice Celtic sounds to it that I can't get enough of. |

You're welcome. :) While the actual anime series itself was a lot of talking with little action, the music itself just drew me in and prompted me to get it for myself. |

Had a listen to "The War of the Worlds" again yesterday in my brothers' car.
This CD was the reason he got himself a CD player in the mid 80s, and he occasionally puts it on ever since. So, to me, it always brings back some childhood memories. How well-known is this musical among you forumers anyway? |

Ah, that's why Feldoon tried to make me listen to it down his TF2 mic channel a month or so back. I'd already listened to it, it's good. |

The Poison- Bullet for my Valentine.
I like this song particularly out of alot of Bullet's songs because it mixes screaming, singing and the music very well. |

Currently listening to the song "Breathe" by Alexi Murdoch. It was featured in one of the first episodes of that new series Stargate: Universe, and now I keep seeing comments like "Oh, I first heard this song in Stargate Universe"... (talk about good advertising, huh?)
I'm also scanning Amazon and listening to music samples for albums, looking for some new music to get into. I keep finding all this alternative stuff, such as the Fleet Foxes, Alexi Murdoch, School of Seven Bells... |
