MEMBERSHIP RULES AGREEMENT CONTRACT (MRAC)
Congratulations! You've made it to the end of the rules. Hopefully by now you understand how things run here, and if you have any questions please feel free to ask! The last step is for you to read the following contract, and know that you agree to this simply by posting and role-playing a character on Evergen Weyr.

QUOTE

I, future or current role-player on Evergen Weyr, agree to uphold all of the rules of Evergen Weyr. I have read all of the rules and understand them as stated, and promise to fulfill my part in making the role-playing experience of Pern enjoyable. I will write and interact with other members and their characters using the aforementioned rules, as crafted by the Administrators and Moderators, to the fullest extent of my ability.

I understand that by posting and role-playing a character I agree to the following:
1.) If I am inactive for more than two months without due notice, my characters can and will be revoked whereupon they may killed/deleted/sterilized/etc.� Due notice is considered as an away board post or PM to an administrator stating the reasons for my absence at least once a month for a maximum of three (3) months.
2.) If I break any of the rules, I can and will receive the appropriate disciplinary actions. I may be given a warning, suspended for a set period of time, have my cbox privileges revoked, have my character privileges revoked, or be banned entirely from the site.�
3.) If I was previously banned and created a new account to circumvent my punishment, I realize that my membership here will be permanently revoked when I am found out. This means that my IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, etc. will all be added to the ban lists and I will not be given the opportunity to explain my actions.

I understand the rules set forth by the Administration of Evergen Weyr and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. I will be the best player I can be, and by posting and role-playing my characters I know that I am sworn into this contract at the discretion of the Evergen Staff.

It is with sincerity that we of Evergen Weyr say we love our members, without you we'd be a nothing!
