um im just asking were do u rent a server im asking blah cuz i think i wanna rent one ^^


plz help me and i need a trustworthy site that is not scamming me on money...

if i rent a server i wont have the server on my own comp? they ill have it on a company in the world?

and btw were do i get ZH game?

do i have to download it?

u shouldnt get a server when u have no idea really what it is what u must do etc. =)

sure is not on ur pc lol otherwise u didnt need to pay them or?

yes u need to install mani and zh on the server by ur own.

yeah i will give logi right, even when i had not much exp on servers, i could figure out that if i had it on my pc the internet would be horrible, thats why its called renting a server, cus all you really do is rent a pc located somewhere else, with allot of internet speed

nop thats prob the easiest part, but its still hard, getting acces to a remote desktop is harder, setting up the server is way worse o.O

i think u can send a ticket for them to install stuff

Sorry very late -.-' but i felt i needed to post something since it was meant towards me.

Hm ye you need to learn about server and mods to be able to make a well working one. But you are never going to learn if you dont start searching and get some practise, so the best advice would be:

• Inform yourself about server files and configurations, admin plugins and other mods you are planning to use. (use google its great)
• Rent a small server 4-10 slots for around 4-10€ (gameservers.com is very good you can change the number of slots as you want to from month to month)
• Practise for one month
• Once your pro at server configs upgrade your server

You can always fiddle with source dedicated server if you have balls (almost suicided from all the bugs it has :wacko: )

my dedi started crashing after some updates, so now it cant run any plugins >_> it wont load -.-'

yeah keep away from source dedicated server... It'll kill ya slow and painfull.

If you have no clue I would stay away from them and do some research or instead get someone else helping you run the server.
