Lilly chuckled sheepishly through her mouth full of food, smiling and letting bread crumbs fall from her lips as she took a laborious gulp and sunk back in her chair a little bit.

"Yeah, I guess I'm enjoying myself a little too much..." She took a sidelong glance to BlackGatomon.

Wait, triplet? Was Kayla actually related to them somehow? Denzel sighed, feeling more confused and befuddled with every passing exchange between the two crazy orphans. It was sadly refreshing and sobering, then, when the idea of their dead parents floated into his mind. He needed to remember reality. These kids had grown up without their true parents, in a world that was so hostile it was hard to believe that anything could live in it. Their parents might have been among the faceless masses he had seen in his past, among the endless corpses created by his inability to take control. A familiar wave of guilt echoed through his veins, sending a chill up his spine.

We must live with what we do. He thought simply, taking in the pain and thus his punishment. That's what happens.

((sorry i haven't been around and for the short post but kudos Glory ^^))

Emil gritted his teeth, these kids were seriously trying to make him angry. Unfortunatelly he had to agree with Tiffany though...these kids were from hell. Shaking his head he raised his sphere to his head, and...well he had no idea what he did and felt sort of stupid. But he tried pushing his energy through the sphere into his head. After a while he gave up, and still held a bandage to his forhead. "He-she-she?" Emil asked wondering what the heck they were going about. He also felt a little sick and needed to rest, and these kids weren't helping that.

Ellemendrea turned to the new approacher as he spoke to him. "Are you avoiding dinner too?" Ellemendrea focused her eyes on him, not showing any emotions and quickly shook her head. It wasn't his buisness what she was up to anyway. Turning she continued to glare at Cosmos trying to figure it out...

(It's so quiet! Come on, lovelies, let's make this livveeee!! XD I've been super busy lately, so I totally understand that, but y'know. ^_-; )

The flicker of connection, that spark of truth like soulful x-ray vision cluing her in on what lies beneath, died as quickly as it was born. There was the orphan that she knew existed. Cosmos wouldn't have liked this, but a tinge of pity colored Luna's face as she turned quietly to the kitchen, looking for a plate to heap some food on for Cosmos. Barbamon's words seemed particularly poignant. She watched the old digimon for a moment, taking stock of his expression and comments, before turning back to bring the food to Cosmos. Her own stomach was rumbling, but that had to take second place to taking care of a patient. It was part of her honor code, she guessed.

"I'll get food for you." Hiro called after Luna, taking a plate in each hand while silently wondering how he was going to put food on them if both his hands were taken. He couldn't help but laugh a little bit, dispelling the general cloudiness of the past moment however he could.

Ah btw, this post is really random. But I tried to make it kind of funny, in both parts. xD))

"Heh, there's nothing wrong with enjoying yourself, I guess," Nrai replied. He looked at his foot for a moment, just to check the scuffling he sensed wasn't Dogmon trying to bind his feet together. Because Dogmon used to do that... quite alot.

Puzzled, he looked back up.

"If... someone's tied your feet together... whilst you've been eating... chances are, Dogmon's behind it."

'She just, just totally, utterly acted unresponsive!' Seito thought to himself as he blinked wildly.

Well, really, he didn't have any buisness with her. Plus he was kind of being intrusive on what she was up to.

But come onnnnn! This was the first time he'd put some proper effort into trying to be friendly towards someone he didn't know.

'Hmmph, fine, fine... two people can play at being cold then. Yeahh! Yeaahhh! We'll see about that!'

"...Oh thats cool... yeah cool," Seito nodded, folding his arms as he gazed at the ceiling, "Not avoiding dinner, just not doing anything at all... yeah, cool cool..."

His attempt; kinda pathetic, really.

((Haha, sorry for the hold-up!! Lethe and I are making a lot of adjustments currently in our lives (we might be moving from Minnesota to Wyoming in, uh, less than two weeks, so I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to say goodbye to friends and such). Currently I have a screaming head-ache so I won't be able to RP, but I'll definitely be getting up posts here within the next day or two! In the mean time, feel free to go ahead with your own story arcs that I know a LOT of you were hoping to get done during this arc. You have my blessing LOL (not that you need it hahahaha).

((It's ok spiffy ^^. Ok my life is getting weirder and wierder o.O I was just going to a wedding and now i am being asked to be one of the groomsmen...honestly didn't expect this.))

Ellemendrea turned to look at Seito again. Was he for real? Why the heck was he talking to her... Usually everyone just left her alone, creeped out by her eyes and quietness. Shaking her head she stood up and dusted the dirt off of her, and looked at nothing in particular. Then something caught her eye, a movement from the surrounding city. "...!" Ellemendrea gasped slightly confused.

What was it? She had to go and figure this out. Not bothering to look back at Seito, or see if he was following, she headed toward the desolated city, to investigate what she had just saw.

[Blaze]

"I would never leave you forever, Pyro. I just couldn't handle all of the darkness that was infecting my city." Deidre took a deep breath.

"That was the test that I failed during our Egarim training. I never conquered my fear of darkness. And if the Nightmares weren't one thing, I ran into this really weird...thing. It looked like a Sakkakoumon, but it was red and had twice as many orbs. It absorbed this boy Wikoni and his partner Creepermon. I banished it from my city and I haven't seen it since."

"I'll color this part in orange now, please!" A teenaged orphan girl with rainbow hair cut just below her ears stepped back from a wall she was coloring.

"Okey-dash-dokey!" A digimon shaped like a one-foot tall crayon changed its purple tip orange and hopped into the orphan's arms.

"Haha, I never get tired of you saying that, Crayonmon!" The girl pointed Crayonmon at the spot she wanted to color. A steady orange beam shot out of Crayonmon's tip and colored the design.

"Finally, it's complete!" The girl and Crayonmon admired her work.

"Gooden job, Astrid!" Craymon jumped from Astrid's hands to the ground and stared up at the creation.

((LMAO Glory's having a meltdown right now XD She's undug Mr. Stick and Mr. Wood* from the bottomless depths of her closet and "set them free" and "back into the wild" after unlawfully "caging" them for five years

* Mr. Wood is a very demented-looking stick that we both agreed looked like something Drone would use to flatter/imitate Aviv. With double entrendre. Mr. Wood ended up getting thrown from the porch, hit our steps, bounced off, and teabagged smacked our dog in the face. (He's okay. I promise.)

On a more serious note, I am really sorry about how long it's been since I've replied. Life has thrown a few curves at us-- we'll be moving in a day (staying in MN, yay). We'll also lack internet for a week (at the most). Nooooooo. D:<

But as soon as we're settled in we'll be posting. :) ))

Standing around in a corner of the cafeteria was a small girl, with red hairs and green eyes, looking around all that entered, rubbing at her freckled cheeks every now and then with one hand, while the other held onto a ball, painted with black roses intertwined with green thorned stems and leaves.

I am SO sorry for the wait. Lethe and I moved recently and we didn't get Internet back until last night!! Sorry about that. And now that the Move From Hell is over, I should be getting my posts up sometime within the next few days! Holy crap I cannot believe I have not posted in so long, and I apologize so much for the wait!! You guys have been in my thoughts, it's just with the move I haven't had much time -- and, for the last two weeks, haven't had the Internet lol.

But Lethe and I are alive and well, and we will get to responding soon!
