I don't know why I like this pairing so much; I just know that I was squealing evilly when I saw Kenyako become canon at the end of the show. Yolei's/Miyako's (obvious) crush on Ken, and Ken's non-negative reaction to her crush, is probably what drew me in.

I think it was when Miyako forgave Ken and sent him that e-mail that I fell in love with this ship. Originally, Lethe was reading spoilers and told me that Ken and Miyako would end up together.
At first I was grossed out by the ship, but then I started to look for hints, and thus the hints I found!

Aw, that RP! I have it saved to a document, oh yes I do!  Hrm... I should post it up so that way everyone can look at the helarious crap that went on (can-can Numemon and Arkadimon, Reapermon with his "Haruka tasted like chicken" joke {that I played with in DDS:CW the Fanfic}, the boys of first and second season beating up Aviv and Greg, the girls of first and second season beating up Miyaka... Freddy Krueger and the "You fool!" dude going one-on-one and having their heads go kaplooey...) Yeah. It was crazy. GO KENYAKO! Miyako had beaten up Miyaka when she sent Aviv's fangirls to Ken... Guh. Poor Miyaka. xDD Though - GO KENYAKO! Kenyako rox your sox! Thoroughly!
