20 years ago the governmental agency P.S.D. sent and left groups of refuges, rebelled, fiends and foul in old abandoned city, Morta to fend for them selves. Amongst the people sent were toes that carried one of two highly contagious deadly diseases. Now the children of the survivors and those original ones that remain continue the wars of power and control over supplies. But as supplies are becoming more and more scares new decision are to be made. Welcome to the city of death, surrounded by a wasteland of nothing becoming nothing, what paths will you take, what alias will you make?

Name: Allisia Siarra
Age: 16
Immunity: Entirely immune
Group affixation: Was a part of Xion rebelled, but when they disintegrated when to live on her own, is now considering starting a new group with others teens in her aria
What quadrant of the city: East
Reason for coming to city: Her father is unknown, her mother was the leader of the rebelled group Xion witch was focus on attempting to over thrown P.S.D.
Species: Pure Vampire
Physical: She is skinny, and slender, pixie like. She has long wavy golden brown hair that reaches her waist worn lose and messy. Her eyes are chestnut in color and shape. She is pale like all of her kind, with dark eyelashes and red ruddy lips. She wears black tank top over mess top, a raged Lilly skirt and black leggings. She has brown bouts on her feat and a wind blown cap on her back. Leather straps on her arms, and legs hold her knives as well as her blades and assortment of items. Around her waist and head is a dark purple scarf.
Weapons: Crescent blades, small knives
Strength: Her speed and agility, it’s not a matter of fighting her as it is to catch her. As a Vampire she regenerates faster then others.
Weakness: Physically she has little brutal strength while she is stranger then an average human, she is relatively weak and can’t take much damage, though if give time she will be able to get up again. Her social skills horrible, as unlike most of the others, she has lived in solidarity most of her life, after having witnessed the slather of her friends and family at a young age.
Personality: quit and recluse, with a mind her own. She is extremely shy and defensive. She is stubborn as hell, and fiercely loyal to those she calls her friend. Alisa shows little interest in others and lives her life in her own world rarely paying attention to anyone if she does it’s because she instinctively know you are stronger then her. She is very well knowledge as she spends a lot of her free time reading and exploring the ruins of the city.
Allies/family/friends: Her closed friend is Yukie a half human half vampire girl from a group of nomads that live in the aria. Other allies include old friends of the family and remains of Xion as well as Yukie’s family. She is for the most part though on her own.
Enemies: The Organ fraction, that controls the north and center of the city, they are the ones responsible for killing of her family and most of Xion.
Supplies/food source: Her mother gave her keys to two of xions old underground storage units. She also scavengers. As long as people are dying it is eay to pick up a diying person here or their, also has a suplie of blood tablets from storage unite.
