Riley, a known member of the DOM, and other subversive groups, ninja.gif is hereby sentenced to Azkaban to answer charges that he did knowingly and with great malice use a hover charm against Madam Dolores Jane Umbridge, Senior Under Secretary to the Minister, causing Madam Umbridge’s skirt to rise up, where by she suffered great public humiliation.

Riley…..How do you answer these charges?

To those officials in our Ministry of Magic, first I would like to I would like to commend each and every one of you for the wonderful work you are doing. You are, and may I say, quite well, following up on leads to do with the ever increasing problems associated with hover charms, rather than wasting time on trivial matters such as catching the killers of the auror Albert Bonnington, who was found dead in his home last Thursday, or determining who is casting dark spells on many of the artifacts turning up in Knockturn Alley. I would like to congratulate you for dealing with the problems in the wizarding world in the order they are presented. But my dear fellows and fellowettes, how can I possibly answer these charges, when I haven't even been presented with information on when this hover charm was to have taken place. How can I rebut these claims, when I can't even say whether I was having a drink at The Leaky Cauldron, having Tea with Justin Finch-Fletchley, or perhaps visiting George Weasley's shop.

Unfortunately, until I am presented with furthur information, I shall not be making any further comment.

Hoping you are well,

Riley Jackson,
Department of Magical Mishaps.

I see you have put me under a post moderation, and barricaded me from the rest of the Department of Mysteries, besides my own little corner here. My, it sure is cozy. Very well thought out. You never know who I might try to talk to, or what I might try to say. Censorship is the only option. And I must say, very efficient. I can see all sorts of practical uses of these precautions.

Clever Boy! Trying to curry favor by complimenting us.

You are accused of using a hover charm against Madam Umbridge. You were seen by Narcissa doing this. What is your excuse for this behavior.

You have yet to conjure up a time this was said to happen, my dear Unspeakable.

Aside from this heinous attack on her dignity, by using the ill-advised hover charm on Dolores Umbridge, you have presented all those who witnessed your perverted act with an image no mental scrubbing can clean away. No mere memory charm will be sufficient to block out the shocking image.

For my part, I think Azkaban is too good for you.

Where were you on the night of the book release?

Why were you discovered in a coffee shop, showing pictures of Madam Umbridge's drawers?

Who was your accomplice. It must have taken two people...one to do the charm and one to snap the photos?

I see you are unwilling to answer our questions. Seems like an admission of guilt, to me.

On the night of the book release, I was in fact, in a coffee shop. However, no photos were present.

Who is the witness? They would have had to have been fairly close in order to have seen the subject of photos.

The witness has requested to remain anonymous. Suffice to say the witness is fully credible. There are also the traumatized witnesses. Of course, they are currently sedated at St. Mungo's but they will be brought forward to testify as soon as the healers say it is safe for them to go out in public again.

Riley, the members of the Dept of Mysteries have determined you have been suitably punished and that you may leave Azkaban. You are, therefore, free to move about unfettered.

But we'll be watching you. ninja.gif
