In an age long gone by, the western part of the city was a cultural legend littered with gorgeous statues and other such monuments. Unfortunately it was razed during Undead Wars of the last century. Though attempts to reconstruct it have been made, the area is contaminated with the vilest miasma, smothering all traces of life. Researchers say the misama won't degrade for millions of years . . .
Areas of Interest: -The Old Palace: One of the city's great kings once lived here. Rumor has it that he died fighting the undead in his throne room with some of the great heros of the time. -The Crypt: Horrid moaning and a worse stench are now characteristics of the former royal tomb. Legends speak of an unholy union between a sacrificial maiden and a vile demon. Events of Interest: -It's rumored that a scientist in the northern mountains is developing a way to survive in the miasma. Unfortunately, progress is slow. NOTE: For now, this area is now unlocked for an approaching quest . . . |

All that's left is to wait. Necromancer: And the hordes? Alicia: I've had the occasional problem case, but they're under control. Necromancer: Excellent. And the cultists? Alicia: A few died from the sudden exposure to miasma, but most are adapting fairly well. Well, their minds, anyway. The look so decrepid that they might as well be part of the horde. Necromancer: I see . . . |
