Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recently read this in the papers: A Dad and his two kids were playing in the backyard. The dad happened to have a weather testing balloon for some kind of research, so he pumped it up, and let it go up- Supposedly he thought that one of his kids had gotten into a pocket or compartment of the balloon, so now his kid was floating thousands of feet in the air... A helicopter came to help, and there was a huge drama behind this, but when they got to the balloon, there was no kid... He was found playing the garage...
If thats wrong, please make corrections, but what do you guys think of that? I think that it shows how quick people are to assume the worst- I understand it was his kid, and he was very concerned... But if he had thought to remain calm and look around first, he would have found him, eh?
