I've been in mourning for Luciano Pavarotti all day, and just a few minutes ago, I remembered Paul Potts... I think with some professional training, this man could do amazing things. Every time... I hear his voice today, or Lucianos'... I can't help but feel my eyes well up...

I watched some of the competition, and I hate to say that most talent shows and the like, seem to like it when someone has a sob story. I'm not saying that his wasn't real, I really liked him, and I really wanted him to win, and I'm glad he did!
I remember the first time that I heard him sing, I felt myself getting emotional and I had to leave the room. I hope the best for him, he deserves it!
I love the audition video - he looks so terrified. I half expected him to change his mind and run off. But then he sings and it transforms him completely. It's absolutely amazing.
