Hello. I am looking for a fic I read a while back.

I don't remember the site where I read it.

I remember that the story opens with Vegeta dying, wishing he had a chance to tell Kakarott how he felt and some diety has compassion on him and send him back in time.
When he wakes up, he finds himself in child form, with his adult powers. Also Kakarott finds himself as a baby, crying. The doctors look him over and he manages to say 'Vegeta' and the doctors think of him as special. Vegeta uses his powers to kill frieza.

That's all I remember about it. The story may not have been complete.
