Seriously speaking... pick one... lol. You can go into the "Great Amandil" plot, including: Myself, Lei, Bly, and Josh - run by Cmar. You could find a way to Fargus and help out Cmar's Char, along with Little Ward's char (boi?) - run by me. There are other small quests that have been taken up (I believe Sibulkin has one with Myself, Andy, and another one of Cmar's char's), you can just adventure around, you can ask for your own quest to run, or suggest one that you would like to play in. So yeah..., I say just jump into something, random PC's rock my world. Hell, if you want to start on Fargus, ill let it slide for now, give the two Magus' some back up... I dunno, JUST JUMP IN MAN!!
